Berry Yoghurt Bark

This easy Berry Yoghurt Bark is a refreshing treat made with creamy yoghurt and plenty of fruity flavour. Packed with freeze dried raspberry and strawberry pieces, then finished with strawberry slices and heart sprinkles, it’s simple to prepare and makes a fun snack for the whole family.

Ingredients

  • 500 g natural yoghurt
  • 30 g freeze-dried raspberry pieces
  • 30 g freeze-dried strawberry pieces
  • 15 g freeze-dried strawberry slices
  • Honeyberry Heart Sprinkles

Instructions

  • Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  • Add the natural yoghurt, freeze dried raspberry pieces and freeze dried strawberry pieces to a bowl. Stir until the fruit is evenly distributed throughout the yoghurt.
  • Pour the yoghurt mixture onto the lined tray and spread it into an even layer, around ¼–½ inch (0.5–1cm) thick.
  • Scatter over more freeze dried raspberry and strawberry pieces, followed by the freeze dried strawberry slices and Heart Sprinkles.
  • Place the tray in the freezer for at least 3–4 hours, or until the yoghurt is completely firm.
  • Once frozen, remove from the tray and use your hands to snap the yoghurt bark into rustic, jagged pieces.
  • Serve straight from the freezer and enjoy!
