Chocolate Orange Cheesecake Pots
Make these as individual cheesecake pots or one indulgent sharing dessert, either way, they’re rich, chocolatey, and packed with zesty orange flavour. With a crunchy biscuit base and a creamy citrus cheesecake topping, this is an easy no-bake treat that always impresses.
- 120 g chocolate biscuits Bourbons work perfectly
- 50 g butter melted
- ½ tsp Honeyberry Orange Extract
- 200 g cream cheese
- 40 g icing sugar
- 2 tbsp Honeyberry Freeze-Dried Orange Pieces
- Extra freeze-dried orange pieces
- Melted chocolate for drizzling
Crush the chocolate biscuits into fine crumbs.
Stir in the melted butter and Honeyberry Orange Extract until evenly combined.
Press the mixture firmly into the base of ramekins or a small dish.
In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese, icing sugar, and freeze-dried orange pieces until smooth and creamy.
Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the biscuit base and smooth the top.
Sprinkle over a few extra freeze-dried orange pieces and drizzle with melted chocolate.
Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour, or until set.
Serve straight from the fridge for the perfect no-bake dessert.
