Chocolate Orange Cheesecake Pots

Make these as individual cheesecake pots or one indulgent sharing dessert, either way, they’re rich, chocolatey, and packed with zesty orange flavour. With a crunchy biscuit base and a creamy citrus cheesecake topping, this is an easy no-bake treat that always impresses.

Ingredients

  • 120 g chocolate biscuits Bourbons work perfectly
  • 50 g butter melted
  • ½ tsp Honeyberry Orange Extract
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 40 g icing sugar
  • 2 tbsp Honeyberry Freeze-Dried Orange Pieces
  • Extra freeze-dried orange pieces
  • Melted chocolate for drizzling

Instructions

  • Crush the chocolate biscuits into fine crumbs.
  • Stir in the melted butter and Honeyberry Orange Extract until evenly combined.
  • Press the mixture firmly into the base of ramekins or a small dish.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese, icing sugar, and freeze-dried orange pieces until smooth and creamy.
  • Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the biscuit base and smooth the top.
  • Sprinkle over a few extra freeze-dried orange pieces and drizzle with melted chocolate.
  • Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour, or until set.
  • Serve straight from the fridge for the perfect no-bake dessert.
