While the chicken cooks, whisk together the hot water, 2 tbsp Honeyberry Buffalo BBQ Seasoning, and honey until smooth and slightly thickened.
Once the chicken is cooked through and crispy, toss it in the buffalo sauce until fully coated. Garnish with chopped spring onion and serve immediately.
