Frankenstein Smoothie
Ingredients
For the smoothie:
- 1 large handful of fresh spinach
- 1 cup freeze-dried tropical fruit mix such as mango, banana and pineapple
- 250 ml milk or your favourite milk alternative
- Β½β1 tsp Honeyberry Natural Lime Extract
- A handful of ice optional
For the Frankenstein cup:
- 1 tbsp honey
- Black Strand Sprinkles
- A plastic cup
- Black marker pen
Instructions
- Using a black marker pen, draw a spooky Frankenstein face onto the outside of a plastic cup. Set aside.
- Pour a little honey onto a small plate. Dip the rim of the cup into the honey, making sure it is evenly coated.
- Dip the honey-coated rim into the Black Strand Sprinkles, gently pressing them into the honey so they stick. Set aside.
- Add the spinach, freeze-dried tropical fruit mix, milk and Natural Lime Extract to a blender. Add a handful of ice if you would like your smoothie extra cold.
- Blend until completely smooth and creamy. Add a little more milk if needed to reach your preferred consistency.
- Carefully pour the green smoothie into your decorated Frankenstein cup.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your spooky Halloween breakfast!
