Strawberry Shortcake Frappe
Creamy, sweet, and bursting with strawberry flavour, this Strawberry Shortcake Frappe tastes just like dessert in a glass. Blended with white chocolate, vanilla, and freeze dried strawberries, then topped with whipped cream and crushed shortbread, it’s the ultimate indulgent summer drink.
Ingredients
- Handful of Freeze Dried Strawberry Slices
- ½ tsp Madagascan Vanilla Extract
- 40 g white chocolate melted or finely chopped
- 250 ml milk of choice
- 1 cup ice
- Whipped cream
- Freeze Dried Strawberry Pieces
- 1 shortbread biscuit crushed
Instructions
- Add the freeze dried strawberry slices, vanilla extract, white chocolate, milk, and ice to a blender.
- Blend until smooth, creamy, and frothy.
- Pour the frappe mixture into a tall glass.
- Top generously with whipped cream.
- Sprinkle over freeze dried strawberry pieces and crushed shortbread biscuit.
