Banana Fudge Baked Oats

These warm and comforting Banana Fudge Baked Oats are the perfect way to start your day. Naturally sweet and packed with flavour from Honeyberry’s freeze dried banana pieces, natural banana flavour drops, and gooey bake-stable caramel fudge pieces, they’re easy to make and irresistibly delicious.

Ingredients

  • 40 g rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 3-4 drops Natural Banana Flavour
  • 1 tsp Freeze Dried Banana Pieces
  • 1 tbsp Bake-Stable Caramel Fudge Pieces

Instructions

  • In an ovenproof dish, combine the oats, Greek yoghurt, and milk. Mix well.
  • Stir in the baking powder, natural banana flavour, banana pieces, and caramel fudge pieces.
  • Add a splash more milk if the mixture feels too thick. It should be a soft, pourable consistency.
  • Place the dish in the air fryer and bake for 15 minutes, at 180°C or until golden and set.
  • Let cool slightly, then dig in and enjoy!
