Cranberry & Raspberry Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 40 g rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia or flaxseeds or a mix of both
- 100 g yoghurt Greek or natural
- 100 ml milk any type
- 1 tsp Freeze Dried Cranberry Powder
- 1 tbsp Freeze Dried Raspberry Pieces
- ½ tsp Madagascan Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Add the oats, chia/flaxseeds, yoghurt, and milk to a jar or bowl.
- Stir well until fully combined.
- Mix in the freeze-dried cranberry powder, raspberry pieces, and Madagascan vanilla extract.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until thick and creamy.
- Stir well before eating and add extra milk if needed.
- Top with extra raspberry pieces and a drizzle of honey, and enjoy.
