What an incredible weekend! We’ve just returned from Cake International 2025 at the NEC Birmingham, and we’re still buzzing from all the baking magic, creativity, and sparkle that filled the halls. What an unforgettable experience it was! From meeting so many lovely bakers to seeing your creations in person, it was a true celebration of the baking community.
