Air Fryer Banana Pan’CAKE’

Fluffy, light, and bursting with banana flavour, this easy air fryer Pan’CAKE’ is the perfect breakfast twist. Made with Honeyberry Freeze Dried Banana Powder, it’s quick to whip up and delicious topped with creamy yoghurt and extra banana crunch.

Ingredients

  • 40 g Honeyberry Freeze Dried Banana Powder
  • 60 g plain flour
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • Toppings of your choice (e.g. Honeyberry Freeze Dried Banana Pieces and natural fat-free yoghurt)

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine the banana powder, plain flour, eggs, milk, and baking powder. Mix well until smooth.
  • Pour the batter into a lined non-stick cake pan suitable for your air fryer.
  • Air fry at 190°C for 10–15 minutes, until the Pan’CAKE’ is risen, golden, and set in the centre.
  • Allow to cool slightly, then slice into 8 pieces.
  • Serve topped with fat-free yogurt and a sprinkle of freeze dried banana pieces, or any toppings you love.
