If you are interested in purchasing our products at wholesale prices, you can apply for a wholesale account through our Wholesale page.

Simply complete the wholesale application form with your business details and our team will review your application. Once your account has been approved, your wholesale pricing will become available across eligible products when you are logged into your account.

Our wholesale pricing is available when purchasing products in box quantities.

The wholesale discount and minimum order quantity (MOQ) can vary depending on the product. Once your wholesale account has been approved, the available wholesale option, pricing and quantity requirements will be displayed on each eligible product page.

Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with your order details.

We’ll then prepare your order for dispatch or collection. If your order is being delivered, you’ll receive a further email containing your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

For Click & Collect orders, we’ll email you when your order is ready to collect.

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. However, dispatch times can occasionally vary due to order volumes or other operational circumstances.

Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information.

Yes, we offer Click & Collect as a delivery option at checkout. Once your order has been prepared and is ready to collect, we’ll send you an email confirming that it’s ready.

Please wait until you have received your “ready to collect” email before coming to collect your order.

You can return unopened goods within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.

Once we have received the returned goods, we will process your refund for the amount paid or arrange an exchange, as requested.

Please note that goods must be unopened and in their original condition to be eligible for a standard return.
