Oreo Cheesecake Pumpkins

These no-bake Oreo Cheesecake Pumpkins are the cutest Halloween treat! With a rich Oreo cheesecake centre, a crunchy orange sprinkle coating, and a pretzel stick stalk, they’re fun to make and even more fun to eat.

Ingredients

  • 6 Oreo biscuits
  • 1-2 tsp cream cheese
  • Orange Sugar Strand Sprinkles for coating
  • Mini pretzel sticks for stalks
  • Green buttercream for leaves

Instructions

  • Place the Oreos into a bowl and crush them with the back of a spoon or a rolling pin until fine crumbs form.
  • Add the cream cheese and mix until it comes together into a sticky dough.
  • Roll the mixture into small balls (about the size of a walnut).
  • Place on a lined tray and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  • Roll each ball in Honeyberry Orange Strands until fully coated.
  • Insert a small pretzel stick into the top of each ball to create the pumpkin stalk.
  • Pipe a little green buttercream around the base of the stalk to make pumpkin “leaves.”
  • Keep chilled until ready to serve. Perfect for Halloween parties, trick-or-treating, or a spooky family bake!
