Our bake stable 5mm salted caramel fudge is a fantastic addition to many bakes and desserts. When baking we recommend bake stable fudge as bake stable fudge holds its structure and flavour far better than traditional fudge. Bake stable caramel fudge with pinch of sea salt can also be used as a topping or inclusion for milkshakes, custards, muffins, cupcakes, cookies, biscuits and many more. Our gourmet quality fudge uses condensed milk for a traditional flavour.
