Minted Lamb Burgers

These juicy Minted Lamb Burgers are packed with flavour thanks to Honeyberry Garden Mint Glaze. Served with a fresh minty Greek yoghurt sauce and your favourite salad, they’re a delicious twist on a classic burger and perfect for a BBQ, air fryer or easy midweek meal.

Ingredients

For the burgers:

  • 500 g lamb mince
  • 50 g breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp Honeyberry Garden Mint Glaze
  • 4 burger buns
  • Salad of your choice

For the mint yoghurt sauce:

  • 150 g plain Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp Honeyberry Garden Mint Glaze

Instructions

  • Add the lamb mince, breadcrumbs and Garden Mint Glaze to a large bowl. Mix until everything is well combined.
  • Divide the mixture into four portions and roll each portion into a ball. Flatten each one into a burger patty, making them slightly wider than your burger buns.
  • Cook the burgers on a BBQ, in a frying pan or in an air fryer until cooked through and nicely browned. If using an air fryer, cook at 190°C for around 10–12 minutes, turning halfway through, or until the lamb is cooked through.
  • While the burgers are cooking, make the mint yoghurt sauce. Simply mix the Greek yoghurt with Garden Mint Glaze until smooth and well combined.
  • To assemble, spread the mint yoghurt sauce over the bottom half of each burger bun.
  • Add your salad of choice, followed by the minted lamb burger.
  • Finish with the top bun and serve immediately with your favourite sides.
