Easter Milky Bar Slices
These no-bake Easter Milky Bar Slices are a simple and fun treat that’s perfect for the season. With a buttery biscuit base, a creamy white chocolate topping, and plenty of colourful Easter decorations, they’re ideal for sharing, gifting, or making with the kids.
Ingredients
- 200 g plain biscuits digestives or similar
- 100 g unsalted butter melted
- 120 g condensed milk
- 200 g melted white chocolate Milky Bar or similar
- Easter chocolate shapes e.g. Milky Bar bunnies, or friends
- Easter-themed sprinkles
Instructions
- Add the biscuits to a blender or food processor and blitz until fine crumbs form.
- Transfer to a bowl and mix in the melted butter and condensed milk until fully combined.
- Line a square baking dish with parchment paper.
- Press the biscuit mixture firmly into the base, smoothing it out evenly.
- Chill in the fridge for 15-20 minutes to firm up slightly.
- Pour the melted white chocolate over the chilled base and spread evenly.
- While still soft, decorate with Easter chocolate shapes and sprinkles.
- Place in the fridge for at least 1 hour, or until fully set.
- Remove from the tin, slice into squares or bars, and enjoy!
